Error in contact journal

Steps to reproduce

1. Russian language must be selected
2. Click on the button to create a new chat
3. Scroll down
4. There will be no contacts after the letter "M", but they are there

The contact list that is not visible after the letter "M" will be displayed if you enter one of the letters after the letter "M" in the search, for example "F"
For example, all contacts in English are displayed without errors.
Apparently, the error is specific to the Russian language.

Expected behaviour

The entire contact list should be accessible.

Actual behaviour

The error only affects Russian contacts.
If you click the new chat button and scroll down through Russian contacts, no contacts will appear after the letter "M." However, contacts that don't appear in search will still appear.
