Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
After the start of the connection with the interlocutor and the coordination between client and client, there are no beeps, there is a few seconds of silence. It misleads users if they click "reply" and don't look at the phone screen.
Describe the solution you'd like
At the time of agreeing on a client-client connection, add a sound indication (for example, as it is done in Telegram).
Describe alternatives you've considered
This functionality is well implemented in Telegram.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the audio/video call connection flow and reviewing how call-state transitions are handled. Done means users receive an audible indication when the client-to-client connection has been agreed and the behavior is covered by the relevant call tests.
