Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use my Android phone (Samsung Fold 5) as my primary computing platform, generally through Samsung Dex with an external monitor and camera plugged in. Android allows for applications to pull video from external cams and I would like the option to use my external Webcam as the video input for my Nextcloud Talk video calls.

Describe the solution you'd like
If external camera is plugged in, permit an option to switch to external camera for video input during video calls.

Additional context
See details on Android external camera API here: https://source.android.com/docs/core/camera/external-usb-cameras

Research direction

Start by reading Android's external USB camera API documentation and then locate the Talk Android video-call camera selection flow. Confirm how an external webcam is detected and selected during a call; done means users can switch to a plugged-in external camera as the video input.
