Little strange issue

All notifications are ok, absolutely all, even on my /e/os degoogled OS Android phone.
But call notifications are "repeated" with vibrations and/or ring ONLY on client Googled OS (like classic Samsung phone with latest OneUI).

BUT

On my degoogle /e/os phone, call notifications are repeated with unlocked screen but NOT if screen is locked (only a little vibration is done and that's all) ..
