Description
Steps to reproduce
- Disable location on android.
- open talk
- open conversation
- touch on clip
- touch on "share location".
Expected behaviour
At opening the window for the map, talk must inform that: "Android location isn't available".
Actual behaviour
Talk opens windows for location sharing, but the windows keeps "blinking" without showing anything on the map windows and not showing any error message.
