Research direction
Reproduce the call using a Redmi 7 on Android 10 with Talk 16.0.1/16.0.4 and a web participant, following the listed camera on/off steps. Investigate the Android-to-web video state transition; done means the web participant shows the caller's avatar instead of a blank area with an enabled-camera icon.
