Research direction

Reproduce the incoming web Talk call with the screen locked on a Samsung Galaxy S8 running Android 9, using the reported app and server versions. Inspect the Android call-notification and lock-screen handling; done means the notification vibrates for about a minute or longer and exposes the Nextcloud Talk screen to accept or reject the call.
