Description

Follow up to https://github.com/nextcloud/tables/pull/844

the backend already supports setting a custom order for the resources of a context, so the frontend should allow reordering them.

Research direction

Review pull request #844 and the existing edit view dialog referenced in the issue to understand how resource ordering is handled in the frontend. The work is done when users can reorder the context resources in the frontend and that custom order is preserved by the backend.
