Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I want to limit who can create tables.

Describe the solution you'd like

An option where I can select what users and groups are allowed to, maybe even with addition to who is allowed to share. Disabling the creation of the example table would also be nice.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No alternative.

Additional context

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing table-creation, sharing, and administrator-permission flows, then clarify whether the finished change must control users, groups, sharing, and example-table creation before defining tests and acceptance criteria.
