Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Users often don't notice when someone added an entry to a table. It would be very helpful to have that as an option in "flow" so one could set up a custom notification or a talk message whenever something happens in tables.

Research direction

Start by reviewing Nextcloud Flows integration requirements and how the Tables app represents entry-added events. The issue does not name files, tests, or an implementation boundary, so clarify the trigger and notification payload with maintainers before identifying the relevant entry points. Done should include a working Flow trigger for table changes and verification that custom notifications or Talk messages can be configured.
