Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Hi,

When a yes/no selection column is configured as read-only, its visibility is quite poor in both the light and dark themes. Especially when the value is set to yes it's really difficult to distinguish from the background.

Best regards,

Mike

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be helpful if the read-only control had a thin outline or something like that around the toggle and the knob to improve its visibility while still making it clear that the field is not editable.

Research direction

Start by locating the frontend implementation of read-only yes/no selection columns and compare how the control appears in both light and dark themes. Update the visual treatment so the toggle and knob are easier to distinguish while remaining visibly non-editable, then verify both themes and both yes/no states.
