Description
I am having repeated notifications from Nextcloud nagging me to submit user data I have no wish to submit.
I have turned off the setting to share data. That should be the end of it: No notifications/reminders/nags - not even once, I have made my choice abundantly clear to the software, and that decision should be respected.
This is my notifications area as I've logged in today. This is wholly unacceptable:

This is the setting for this. As you can see, I have never submitted this information in the past:

It is also unclear to me if I click "not now", will I be nagged again in the future? The language seems to suggest that I will be. I have precisely zero desire to submit this data. Not now, not ever. The application should be respecting that and should never, ever, ask me ever again to change this setting. Not even once.
Please respect my choices and my privacy and either guide me in how I'm supposed to permanently turn off these pointless messages, or better still, patch it out completely.

Research direction
No file or test is named in the report. Start by reproducing the repeated "Help Improve Nextcloud" notification with data sharing disabled and trace the survey_client notification and setting entry points; done means choosing not to share data prevents any further reminders.
