Research direction

Start by reproducing the scenario in the Talk app version 17.0.0-rc.1: join as a guest, log in from a second tab, join the same call, and leave as the guest. Trace the call state across the guest and logged-in sessions. Done means the state remains consistent or a clear message reports the problem.
