Description
How often do you be at an meeting together with x other people and you only listen and wait until someone ask you something or say something about an toppic you are interested in.
The idea is that you define buzzwords like
- your name
- cofe break
- money
- nextcloud foto
- ...
and if someone say one of this word you get a notification (wake up message).
This can work at text messages where you get notification if someone @your name for all the user defined words, but also for video calls (maybe with an repeat last 10 seconds).

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the existing text-message notification flow and the video-call audio or transcription pipeline, then determine whether user-defined buzzwords and a ten-second replay are technically supported. Done would require an agreed design for both text and video notifications.
