Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
While there is a warning sign when emptying the name of the STUN server parameter, the settings are still saved. This currently leads to an error that prevents the user to stream media, audio and video alike. The exact error is "Error while accessing microphone & camera" in Firefox.
Describe the solution you'd like
In some cases the instance doesn't need a STUN server (for example when all the users are on the same internal network) so that it should be possible to leave it empty and still be able to stream media, if all the other conditions are fulfilled.

Research direction
Start by locating the Talk Administration UI setting for the STUN server and the related media-stream setup. Verify how an empty value is handled, then confirm that users without a STUN server can still stream audio and video when the other conditions are met.
