Steps to reproduce
- Install and configure Talk and limit Talk to users in group group1
- Login with a user that is not in group1
- The Talk folder, the default Attachment Folders, is created for the user
Expected behaviour
The folder shouldn't be created.
If it must be created, the user should be able to modify its location, to my knowledge this is not possible.
