Description
Imagine you have an important meeting and suddenly your child runs in / screams / whatever embarrassing situation suddenly approaches.
Clicking then "esc" (or any other shortcut") could help you by muting and in same time disabling video.
Right now one needs to be not in text area, then click m (for mute) and v (for video).

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing m and v keyboard-shortcut handling and the mute and video controls in the call interface. Decide how the emergency shortcut should behave outside text areas, then verify that one action mutes audio and disables video together without breaking existing shortcuts.
