Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Nextcloud Talk Admin UI includes a graphical, live check for both the TURN server and the High-Performance Backend (HPB), but it lacks one for the STUN Server. It would be useful to have a check also for the STUN Server.
Describe the solution you'd like
Have a graphical indication that the STUN Server is working as expected, like we have for the TURN server and the HPB.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing graphical, live checks for the TURN server and High-Performance Backend in the Talk Administration UI and compare how they determine and display status. Add an equivalent graphical indication for whether the STUN Server is working as expected, then verify the check in the administration UI.
