Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Ability to see the most important videos on the first page of grid view.
Describe the solution you'd like
Now that moderators are the most likely to talk and have video (with the new moderator permission), it would be good to have them on the first page of the videos.
Maybe sort the videos so that the moderators are always at the beginning, on the first pages.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Switching to speaker view, but in case of multiple people speaking and having a conversation, it would switch videos multiple time instead of seeing multiple people at once.
Additional context
As experienced during company call on c.nc.com I noticed that the main video was first on the first page.
Then as they had audio issues, they disconnected then when they reconnected suddenly they were not on the first page any more and I had to jump to the third page to find them.
And we only had 4 moderators in the participant list, one of them being the presenter, so they should be presented on the first page, as per proposed solution

No file or test is named in the issue. Start by locating the video-grid ordering and the participant-list moderator ordering, then verify the behavior with moderators who reconnect; done means moderators remain on the earliest grid pages.
