Chat not scrolled down when picture in recent conversation

Description
Steps to reproduce
- Send a picture, and 2-3 other messages
- Navigate away from chat.
- Navigate to chat.
- Chat is not scrolled down completely.
Expected behaviour
Click on chat.
Chat scrolls down.
Actual behaviour
Click on chat.
Chat scrolls down, then loads picture 2-3 messages ago, and now the chat is not scrolled to the bottom any more.
Also, while testing, sending a picture also does not scroll the view down completely, so you can see the top of the picture but not more.

Start in the Nextcloud Talk app's chat view and reproduce the issue with a picture followed by several messages, then navigate away and back. Check the behavior in Firefox or Chrome; done means opening the conversation and sending a picture both leave the view scrolled completely to the newest message.
