Description

As discussed with Jan, I would like to start a new topic on the Talk app.
The idea is to make Talk palatable/usable to a group of users who can't handle computers the way we can.
To that end, Talk should have a very simple (really simple) user interface.

Ideal flow:
Multiple appointments are booked for a room using the appointment function. These appointments should be displayed in the Talk app (as is already the case) and by clicking on one of the displayed appointments, the call should be directly established or accepted.
Currently the appointment has to be selected and in addition the call button clicked (double action) - too much for my user group. Would a function as described above be conceivable and also implementable?

Research direction

Start by tracing how booked appointments are displayed in the Talk app and how selecting an appointment currently leads to the call action. Confirm the intended one-click behavior with maintainers and users, then define completion as selecting a displayed appointment directly establishing or accepting the call without a second button click.
