Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When doing conferences and a few times when having meetings it would be nice to be able to breakout a participant in a separate window.
Describe the solution you'd like
An extra button for a user or moderator to break out a particpant to display on a separate screen. This way one can fullscreen that particpant or several if you have multiple screens.
This is also handy for some interviews where you can breakout a participant and use that as a separate video feed from a fullscreen browser window.
Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the videocall participant display UI and existing browser-window behavior, then confirm how a participant should be selected and who may use the control. Done means a participant can be displayed in a separate browser window and fullscreened independently.
