Description
When I am in a group call, I feel it very distracting to see myself, especially when talking.
There are also scientific research, why video meetings are that exhausting, and this is one of their major findings, that people are not used to see themselves all the time.
A solution to this would be to have a "mininimize" button on your own video.

Research direction
The issue does not name files or tests. Start at the group-call UI entry point and trace how the local participant's video and its controls are rendered. Done means the user's own video can be minimized during a group call while the other participants' videos and call behavior remain unchanged.
