Description
In our organization we use Nextcloud only in our intranet.
In this use case, the feature "Public calls" has no sense because the generated URL is not reachable from outside.
It would be good to have a configuration option to remove the "New public call" button for this scenario.
Thanks.

Research direction
Start by locating the “New public call” button and tracing how Talk exposes configuration options. Determine where an intranet-only setting should be defined and consumed, then verify that enabling it removes the button while leaving other call features available.
