Description
Is there a way inside talk to send a Text Message to a group (or all users) that every recipiant will receive in a private conversation. Like a broadcast message. Or like individual "Talk updates", that everyone gets pushed to there mobile. Of course this should be optionally limited to be used by a specific group like the admins only.
This could be very usefull to inform any user in case there is an emergency, like an covid-19 case, to warm anybody in a fast way not to come into the building.
Would really apreciate this.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify whether broadcasts must create private conversations, push mobile notifications, and support group-based permissions; then trace Talk's existing message and notification flows. Done means an agreed design and tests covering recipients, authorization, and delivery.
