Currently, to start a conversation with a NC user, you have to search using the side bar. But, especially for inexperienced users, this is confusing since the start page has a few CTA-buttons. The searches opened by those buttons do not show users.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Better label '+ New conversation' to make it clearer, e.g. '+ New group conversation'
• Add a button to start a one-on-one conversation, e.g. '+New conversation with a user'
• Show existing group conversations and users in the flow for 'Join conversations'

Describe alternatives you've considered
Click in field 'Search in app' and search for a user . This works, but is also a bit confusion because it's also shows an option to create a new group conversation with the same name.

Start at the Talk start page and inspect the '+ New conversation' and 'Join conversations' flows, along with the 'Search in app' behavior. Confirm how users and group conversations are currently presented, then implement the requested entry points and labels so users can start one-on-one conversations and find existing users or groups without sidebar search.
