Description
- Ref #18906
When I upload a png (f. e. a screenshot) talk-desktop app seems to convert them to webp files which a unfortunatly unreadable on mobile devices. If I upload the same file via Browser it stays png-format.

Server Version 33.0.9
Talk-Version: 23.0.11
Talk-Desktop: first message: webp, second message: png
Browser: first message: webp (+ broken preview file), second message: png
