Research direction
Start by reproducing the missing-camera behavior in the Nextcloud Talk desktop app 2.3.2 on Windows, following the listed call steps. Compare camera detection with the working microphone path and use the issue's expected behavior as the completion check: a camera is identified and can be enabled during a call.
