Steps to reproduce
- Have a conversation with call summary bot
- Write
* agenda: test - Observe that first the bots reaction is sent through chat relay and only afterwards the reacted to message
Expected behavior
I would expect the messages to be in order. I can see that this might not be possible, in that case we need to adjust the client to not make the order assumption.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Reproduce the conversation with the call summary bot using * agenda: test, then trace the chat relay and the Talk iOS behavior referenced in issue 2580. Done means the reacted-to message and bot reaction arrive in order, or the client no longer assumes ordering if that cannot be guaranteed.
