Steps to reproduce
- create a public link room
- join in anonymous browsing mode as guest
- write a message
- try to edit or delete it - the option isn't in the menu 😢

Editing should be possible, but it's not

I don't know the specific Talk app. But I have seen this happen on a server running 30.0.11.2 and our company instance on 33.0.0.16 and latest everything.
