Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Bots can only read textual contributions in conversations. When someone sends an audio file they cannot download the file to extract the contents via speech-to-text and react to the spoken message.

Describe the solution you'd like
A separate scope/feature for bots to download binary media types from the chat

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternatively one could add a general webhook to create a transcript for all users which might be beneficial also for people with hearing disabilities. However, a bot would already be a perfect solution for this, so one would not need a specific solution.

Right now, bots cannot download media files for further analysis
