Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: (see administration page)
32.0.2
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Somebody write a message in a breakout room from his computer. On iOS 15.8.5 with Nextcloud Talk 21.0.5 there is a notification. But after reading the message and hide the notification I don't find how to access it again. Unfortunately I can't install iOS 16 or newer.
Moreover, on Android 8.0.0 with Talk 22.1.0 I see the breakouts room (but it's not written it's a breakout room) and I don't find how to add a breakout room.
Describe the solution you'd like
Be able to comeback in breakout room and be able to create one. It's possible on WhatsApp (community) and Telegram (canal).
Thank you.

Research direction
Start with the Nextcloud Talk Android and iOS clients and the breakout-room behavior described in the issue. Verify how an existing breakout room is reopened after a notification is dismissed and where a new breakout room can be created. Done means users can access an existing breakout room and create one on both platforms, including the reported older versions where applicable.
