Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In meetings, especially when having presentations/demos, you are looking to different windows than the meeting itself. In that case, it is hard to recognize when someone raised their hand.

Describe the solution you'd like
2 things I've seen in other tools:

• The person who has raised their hand gets a yellow/gold border which makes it more visible that the hand is raised
• a sound is played when people raise their hands.

The sound should of course be configurable like the sounds played when people join.

None are available right now.

Additional context

Start by locating the meeting participant view and the existing configurable sounds played when people join. Trace how raised hands are represented and how meeting sounds are configured. Done means raised hands have a clearly visible yellow or gold border and a configurable sound plays when someone raises their hand.
