Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: 32
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
- Information overload
- Completed things shall be archived
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to lock a thread at some point. When the matter is it was about was completed it may still be available for read up on, but no new reactions or messages should be added there anymore. It should not be visible in the list of active threads either, to keep a reduced list.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- auto-lock/archive/expunge after a timespan without a reaction

Research direction
Start by reviewing how Nextcloud Talk represents threads and builds the list of active threads; the issue names no file, test, or entry point. Define how locking, read-only access, reactions, messages, and removal from the active list should work, then add coverage for the agreed behavior.
