The Android app cannot connect to talk

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the Android app
2. Try to connect to Talk server

Expected behaviour

Talk server connected

Actual behaviour

The app display "CLEARTEXT communication not enabled for client".

Start by reproducing the connection from the Android app to a Talk server using Talk app version 22.0.0, then investigate the reported "CLEARTEXT communication not enabled for client" error. Done means the Android app can connect to the Talk server without that error.
