Feature request

Which Nextcloud Version are you currently using: Nextcloud Hub 10 (31.0.8)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Because I use telegram and whatsapp quite often, I became really used to an ability to send video messages. But Nextcloud Talk don't have this option - I can only send voice messages.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd really like to see an option to send either voice or video messages, just like in telegram.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The most obvious alternative to video messages right now is just record a plain video and send it as a media message.
