Description

The feature to schedule a meeting directly within a talk room is really great. I use it regularly. The only draw back: I have no information if the person will be available or not at the timeslot I chose. Therefore it would make sense if the meeting setup screen within talk would utilize the free&busy feature from the calendar.

Not sure if this is something for the Talk team or the groupware team. Feel free to move it to a different repository if it make sense.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. First clarify whether spreed or the groupware team owns the meeting setup, then inspect the existing Talk scheduling flow and calendar free&busy integration. Done means the setup screen shows invitees’ availability for the selected timeslot.
