Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
One of the limitations of using Nextcloud Talk is that when sharing images or content with other users in chat space, the image is uploaded in full quality. Not only does that eat away at available space from within the Nextcloud environment. It also greatly delays, in some instances, the time it takes to share that content with others. The system lacks the quick photo upload functionality that systems like WhatsApp or FB Messenger have, as they automatically downsize those images for sharing purposes. Creating a more seamless experience.

Describe the solution you'd like
Automatic image downsizing when sharing content in chat space. If I want to share the full quality photo I can upload it to Nextcloud directly and share it that way.

Describe alternatives you've considered
On the desktop. You can obviously open and downsize an image before sharing. But that is not practical and on a mobile device its simply impossible in most cases. And even those that can figure out a way to do that it is not a universal solution with varying levels of technical competency among the user base. Nor is it user or system friendly.

The issue does not name files, tests, or an entry point. First clarify the intended resizing rules, affected chat clients, quality or size limits, and whether users can choose full quality; done should include agreed behavior and coverage for image uploads.
