Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating Nextcloud Talk's existing videocall flow and how OBS currently connects to a session, then assess the integration requirements for YouTube and Twitch. Done would require a defined native broadcasting workflow and validated support for the target platforms.
