Switch to speaker view when only 2 people are in the call

When starting in grid mode with 2 people in the call the participants camera cuts top and bottom margins.
This makes it hard for non nextcloud users to know how to switch view.

This raises the question. if we can improve the switch user experience from grid to presenter and back outside the ... menu

Describe the solution you'd like
either default to presenter view when 2 people are in the call or relocate the presenter view <> grid view switch out of the ... menu into the actions bar.

This could be configured in the admin settings or per call.

I try to guide my external users by showing a screenshot of where they need to click to change views.

I use nexxtcloud with my clients trough the booking system so most of new customers are not familiar with nextcloud UI

Start by reproducing a call with two participants in grid mode and inspect the existing presenter/grid switch in the actions bar and overflow menu. Determine whether the intended direction is automatic presenter view, a more visible switch, or configurable behavior; done means the chosen interaction works for two-person calls and the view can still be switched back.
