"Error while accessing microphone & camera" when selecting *None* as microphone

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a conversation
2. See someone else start a call
3. Click Join
4. Select None for the microphone even though you have one but you don't want to talk

Expected behaviour

I join the call smoothly

Actual behaviour

I join the call but see a Error while accessing microphone & camera toast

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the Talk call flow with None selected for the microphone and inspect the browser log and resulting toast. Done means joining the call without the “Error while accessing microphone & camera” toast when a microphone is intentionally disabled.
