Description
Hi there,
I've been working on some stuff to get some solid remote access to files in our windows server environment, I've had LDAP setup on nextcloud for a while now and have mapped users home folders as external storage which is not only a time consuming process its also not very ideal as people have to actually save stuff to their external storage folder. It would be nice if there was a feature to automatically map a users home folder in LDAP to the home folder on nextcloud, so that it's transparent to the user where their stuff is being stored.
Thanks!

Research direction
Start by reviewing Nextcloud's existing LDAP integration and external-storage mapping behavior; the issue does not identify files, tests, or entry points. Done would mean an LDAP user's home folder is automatically mapped and appears transparently in Nextcloud without manual external-storage setup.
