Description
⚠️ This issue respects the following points: ⚠️
- This is a bug, not a question or a configuration/webserver/proxy issue.
- This issue is not already reported on Github OR Nextcloud Community Forum (I've searched it).
- Nextcloud Server is up to date. See Maintenance and Release Schedule for supported versions.
- I agree to follow Nextcloud's Code of Conduct.
Bug description
Turn off options to share files/folders via public link/email, turn off the federation and observe that the External Shares option is shown in the right menu which is called by clicking Details. This is specific to nc32, while nc34 doesn't show it.
Steps to reproduce
- Turn off public sharing via email
- Turn off federation options
- Go to details
- See that the External shares option is present, the field to enter email is shown.
Expected behavior
The section External Shares should be hidden under the conditions that the public link sharing via email is turned off.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Details pane with public-link email sharing and federation disabled, then trace the External Shares section and its visibility conditions. Compare the behavior with Nextcloud 34 and verify that the section and email field are hidden when the related sharing options are disabled.
