The list of Security & setup warnings also contains information about optional features (screenshot). I think they should be in a separate list so that there will appear the green (or since a while it is grey I think) check will appear if everything is ok with the installation. At the moment if you use apps like e.g. Talk and don't need a SIP-Backend it will show forever in that list and the state "Everything correct" could never be reached.

Add another separate area for "Additional Features" that are not configured but absolutely not necessary.
