The list of Security & setup warnings also contains information about optional features (screenshot). I think they should be in a separate list so that there will appear the green (or since a while it is grey I think) check will appear if everything is ok with the installation. At the moment if you use apps like e.g. Talk and don't need a SIP-Backend it will show forever in that list and the state "Everything correct" could never be reached.

Add another separate area for "Additional Features" that are not configured but absolutely not necessary.

Additional context

Start by locating the Security & setup warnings area in the Nextcloud Server code and trace how optional features such as the Talk SIP backend are classified and displayed. Separate non-required features into an Additional Features area, then verify that the main warnings section can show an all-clear state when required checks pass.
