Bug description
When editing a user you have searched via Search account and groups, the Member of the following groups and Admin of the following groups Dropdowns are empty.
When I pick the user from the full Userlist without any Text in the Search Field, the Member/Admin-Group Fields are filled.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to Accounts (
/settings/users/) - Type in a Username in the Searchbox below
+ New Account - Click on the pen (edit) on the right side to edit the user.
- The Fields/Dropdown of
Member of the following groupsandAdmin of the following groupsare empty. - Clear the Searchbox, look for the same user by hand and now the edit works.
Expected behavior
Filled Fields/Dropdowns.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue from Accounts at /settings/users/ by comparing a searched user with the same user selected from the unfiltered list. Trace how the edit view loads the member and administrator group fields in each case; done means both dropdowns are populated consistently for searched users.
