Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a lot of apps installed, each with their own settings section. It seems that the position in the left sidebar is more or less depended on when the app is installed. Searching for a section is hard as it isn't alphabetically.

Describe the solution you'd like
Order the app sections alphabetically.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction

Start by locating the administration settings sidebar implementation in the Nextcloud server repository and inspect how app sections are currently ordered. Verify the behavior with the existing settings UI or relevant tests, if present. Done means the app sections appear in alphabetical order and remain usable with many installed apps.
