Description
An idea (part of #59888, but split-out to a separate issue now) was to make the People menu more inviting by showing the avatars of the 2 or 3 latest active users in the selected team as such:
Falling back to the existing icon when there are none, or only a single one (as that might be confusing/unnerving).
