Incomprehensible term for File Upload permission

Bug description

Hi all,

the ~~German translation~ string for the file upload permission as ~~'Dateianfrage'~~ file request is incomprehensible ~~to a German speaker~~.

Please correct this to something like 'Upload Files' or 'Upload' or 'File drop' or something that indicates the permission for the user the link is shared with. Your current term has it the wrong way around.

'File request' is most similar to 'Download' and not to 'Upload'.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a file share using German locale
2. Be confronted with weird options
3. Miss the correct option and waste time because of strange translation

Reproduce the file-share permission options with the German locale, following the steps in the issue. Search the translation resources for the file upload permission and review the surrounding wording to understand the intended direction. Done means the German label clearly describes permission to upload files and the relevant locale check passes.
