Bug description

Search for system tag creates response "Unexpected error: Invalid tag ID"
This happens on a fresh docker instance and our current production setup
No log error but in console I get:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create collaborative tag
2. Add tag to file
3. Type tag in search
4. Click on Tag search

Reproduce the issue on the reported Nextcloud 33 setup, then inspect the system tag search flow behind dist/systemtags-init.mjs and the files app's unified search entry point. Trace the request and response when clicking Tag search; done means searching a collaborative tag returns its files without the Invalid tag ID error.
