Description

I hope to set separate access rights for the subdirectories of team folders/personal folders. For example, the first-level folder allows everyone to access only, and some secondary folders can only be accessed by some people.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. First clarify how permissions should work for first-level and secondary folders, including who can access each level and how existing team and personal folder rules should behave; done means separate subfolder access rights work as described.
